What is the Eligibility Criteria for Airmen Medical Assistant 2025? 

The eligible candidate must have the required educational qualification for the candidates who have 10+ 2 and Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy . The required age limit must be fulfilled keeping in mind the mandatory physical and mental standards. 

Marital Status and Age Limit

Medical Assistant Trade ( For candidate with 10+ 2) : The candidate should be unmarried and must qualify 10+ 2  and be born between 02 July 2005 to 02 July 2009. 

Medical Assistant Trade ( For candidate with Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy): The candidate must be unmarried and should be born between 02 July 2002 and 02 July 2007.

Note: In case the candidate clears the selection procedure then the candidate should have an age limit of 21 years for 10+ 2 candidates and 24 years for Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy candidates. 

Educational Qualification

Medical Assistant Trade ( For candidate with 10+ 2): 

The candidate must have passed the 10+ 2 /Intermediate/equivalent examination in Physics/Chemistry/English/Biology from a recognised board with a 50% of minimum marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

                                                  OR

The candidate should have passed two years of the vocational with non-vocational; subjects in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English for recognised state with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

Medical Assistant Trade ( For candidate with Diploma/B.Sc in Pharmacy):

1. The candidate must have passed the 10+ 2 /Intermediate/equivalent examination in Physics/Chemistry/English/Biology from a recognised board with a 50% of minimum marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

2. In addition with Diploma/B.Sc in  Pharmacy with 50% marks in aggregate and state Pharmacy Council or PCI (Pharmacy Council of India) will be mandatory requirements.

Physical and Medical Standards 

There are some physical standards that are as follows: 

Weight:  The weight should be proportionate to height as age as applicable for IAF. 

Hearing: The candidate must have normal hearing able to hear from 6 meters.

Chest: The chest circumference should be 77 cm and chest expansion should be 05 cm. 

Height and Visual Standards:  The Minimum acceptable height is 152.5 cms. And 6/36 in an eye and correctable to 6/6 in each eye. 

Dental: The candidate should have good dental gums.

Gender: If any candidate is found unfit and it is evident from the external appearance then he can be rejected.
