The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the NDA 2 application form on May 20. The NDA 2 apply online link will remain active from May 20 to June 9, 2026, only at upsc.gov.in. Interested aspirants should submit their forms within the deadline.

As per the NDA 2 notification 2026, the NDA 2 exam is scheduled for September 13, 2026. Candidates must fill out the applications with valid details to get shortlisted for the next stage. Get the direct link to the NDA 2 application form along with steps to apply, fees, documents, etc.

NDA 2 Application Form 2026 Out

UPSC has invited applications to fill 394 vacancies through the National Defence Academy and Naval Academy Examination II, 2026. You can apply for this exam through the official website at upsconline.nic.in. The last date to submit the NDA 2 application form will be June 9 (6:00 pm). 

The NDA 2 2026 will be conducted on 13 September 2026 for admission to the Army, Navy and Air Force wings of the NDA for the 158th Course and for the 120th Indian Naval Academy Course (INAC) commencing from 1st July 2027.

Documents Required for NDA 2 Application Form 2026

Candidates should keep all the necessary documents ready for a hassle-free application experience. The list of documents and details needed for the NDA 2 application form is:

• Matriculation Board / Equivalent Certificate 
• Photo ID (Aadhaar / Photo ID) 
• Caste Certificate
• Disability Certificate
• Signature
• Photo
• All educational qualification certificates and marksheets
• Age Relaxation Certificate, etc

Note: 

• You must upload your photograph and also capture their live photograph while filling up the Common Application Form (CAF).
• You should sign three times (one below the other) on plain white paper using black ink and upload the same while filling out the Common Application Form (CAF).

How to Fill the NDA 2 Application Form 2026?

The NDA 2 application form is divided into multiple phases, i.e. Account Creation, Universal Registration, Common Application Form, etc. The Commission offers a one-time facility for candidates to update or modify their Universal Registration Number (URN) profile. 

Here are the steps to fill out the NDA 2 application form shared below:

• Go to the official website at upsconline.nic.in.
• Search for “NDA 2 Apply Online Link” and click.
• Press the “Account Creation” link.
• Hit the “Proceed for Account Creation” button to continue.
• Submit your Email ID & Mobile Number and then verify.
• Set a password for successful account creation.
• Login using 3 methods, i.e. Mobile Number and OTP ii. URN and Password (URN will be available after completion of Universal Registration) iii. Email ID and Password.
• Enter your Mobile Number and OTP, URN and Password or Email ID and Password along with the captcha verification, and then click the Sign In button to proceed. 
• Hit the “Proceed for Universal Registration” button to continue. 
• Fill out the applications with information like Identity Profile, Aadhaar / Photo ID, and Universal Registration Number (URN) Generation.
• After verifying all the data, click the 'Lock and Submit' button to complete your Universal Registration and generate the URN. 
• The Common Application Form has 10 profiles/modules. Fill out the form with all the necessary details.
• Go to the 'Examinations' dropdown and click on the 'Apply for Examination' link after completing the CAF. 
• Hit the 'Apply' button to apply for any exam. 
• Now, lock your CAF data for that particular examination 
• Fill out the Exam Specific forms, choose the preferred test centres, and pay the application fees.
• Save the confirmation copy and payment receipt for future use.

NDA 2 Application Form Fees 2026

Candidates should pay the NDA application fees using a Visa/Master/RuPay Credit/Debit Card/UPI Payment. The category-wise NDA application fees are as follows:

• Other Categories: Rs 100
• SC / ST candidates / female candidates / Wards of JCOs/NCOs/ORs: Exempted
