Indian Coast Guard 2025 Application for Navik GD & Yantrik

The ICG Enrolled Personnel Test (CGEPT) 01 & 02/2026 Batch dates for application are released by the Indian Coast Guard. 

The notification is released for the recruitment of candidates for Navik (General Duty), Navik ( Domestic Branch), and Yantriks posts for only male candidates. 

The application window for ICG is open from 11th June 2025 to 29th June 2025 (Extended) and the candidate should meet the required eligibility criteria to fill the application form.

Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria 

The Eligibility criteria for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment 2025: 


Navik DB (Domestic Branch) eligible candidates

  • 12th (Maths & Physics) recognised board by Council of Boards for School Examination (COBSE)


Navik GD (General Duty) eligible candidates


  • 10th recognised board by Council of Boards for School Examination (COBSE)


Yantrik eligible candidates


  • 10th recognised board by Council of Boards for School Examination (COBSE)

  • 3 or 4-year Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanics/Telecommunication (Radio/Power) and Engineering approved by AICTE ( All India Council of Technical Education) 

  • OR passed 10th and 12th from  Council of Boards for School Examination (COBSE) Board and 2 or 3-year Diploma in Engineering approved by AICTE ( All India Council of Technical Education) 


Age Limit 


Minimum: 18 years

Maximum: 22 years

Indian Coast Guard Pay scale and Salary 


Navik (General Duty & Domestic Branch)

Basic Pay: ₹21,700/- (Pay Level-3) Includes Dearness and other allowances based on the place and nature of the duty. 

Yantrik 

Basic Pay: ₹29,700/- (Pay Level-5) Includes Dearness and other allowances based on the place and nature of the duty.
